This place was perfect for us as young travelers. The location was ideal, close enough to the popular Koh San Road for a night out but not so close that it was noisy. Getting a tuktuk was easy from the road outside. The staff were exceptional and really friendly. The rooms and bathrooms were always clean, with comfy beds and curtains for privacy. The AC worked great and there was even free tea and coffee all day!
We felt really comfortable during our stay, nothing was too much trouble.

Bangkok's food scene is so diverse and fun, I gained weight just by looking at all the amazing dishes. Adventure lovers would have a blast ziplining over the forests or cruising along the River Kwai. And the Metro Bar is a sports fan's dream with 8 TVs!
Oh, I just loved everything! Nothing to complain about.

I had a fantastic stay at Counting Stars! The beds were so comfortable and I loved having my own curtain for privacy. The common area on the rooftop was a great place to relax and meet other travelers. The WiFi was super fast and reliable. And the location was perfect - just a short walk to Khao San Road for a fun night out. I highly recommend this hostel for a great stay in Bangkok!

Counting Stars Hostel in Bangkok exceeded all my expectations during my recent business trip. My director chose this hotel for me, and I couldn't be happier with the choice. The first thing that stood out was the warm and friendly staff. They were always ready to assist and made me feel right at home. The location is ideal, with easy access to public transportation and various attractions. The highlight of my stay was definitely the mouthwatering local cuisine that I indulged in near the hostel. The locals' passion for their food was evident in every bite, making it a truly unforgettable experience.
Can't think of anything.

This cozy hostel offers a comfortable stay, with clean and private rooms that have curtains for added privacy. The 24-hour reception is helpful, and the location is convenient for exploring nearby attractions. Guests can enjoy free tea and coffee all day, and there are water refills available. The hostel also has a rooftop bar where you can relax and unwind.
The bathrooms, though clean, have a bit of a smell due to the lack of windows.

Excellent location, close to major tourist sites. Super friendly and helpful staff, especially Aum, who went above and beyond. Clean rooms with fast wifi. Great for backpackers due to low price and convenience. Amazingly, allowed us to stay for free until our airport pick up. Highly recommended.

The location was perfect, close to popular attractions but not too noisy. The staff were amazing and so friendly, providing excellent customer service. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable. the availability of free tea and coffee all day was a great perk.
The bathrooms could get crowded as there was only one per floor for a dozen guests. The lack of security, with no lockers or locks on the dorm room doors, was a concern.
Tourists from United States often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
